Bungalow Bay.

Bungalow bay is characterised by a deep curve, and both sides are excellent for diving. The Northern side of the bay is a reef slope consisting of staghorn corals and small rock outcrops ranging from depths of 5 meters to 22 meters underwater, and ends with a sandy bottom. So this is an excelent diving site for not only certified divers but also novice - beginner divers.

The Southern side of the bay is covered with staghorn and pore corals, and has several gigantic rocks along the edge of the island.
Current:of the island. Mostly mild current because it is sheltered by the bay.
Reef fish such as parrotfish, snapper, grouper, angelfish, butterflyfish and basslets are common. At the shallow waters, the unusual shrimpfish are occasionally found in schools. Divers may also find some of the rarer creatures, such as the rare leaf fish which may be found in crevices. The robust ghost pipefish have been spotted at the sandy bottom near big submerged rocks. On early morning dives, divers may also catch a glimpse of leopard sharks lying quietly on the sandy bottom.
Bungalow bay is an easy dive site, but even the most experienced divers will love it. Look out to the blue now and again and you may see schools of pickhandle barracuda and bigeye snappers. The area is rich in macro lfe, such as ghost pipefish, spotted garden eels, coral banded cleaner shrimps and an unimaginable variety of nudibranchs just waiting to be discovered. Take a look in the corals and you might spot a longnose hawkfish.
Staghorn Reef.
The largest beach on the east of the island is located at Bay 2. While it also has an abundance of coral heads and pore corals, the reef is dense with staghorn corals and branch corals - hence it's name "Staghorn Reef". The reef starts from a depth of 12 meters and slopes down to a depth of 24 meters, so perfect for all types of divers.

On the other hand, the reef near Bay 3 consists mainly of rock and pore corals, and is separated from Staghorn Reef by a rock ridged border at the southend of the reef. The sudden change from hard coral and rocky bottom to sandy bottom is a good indication that you have entered Bay 3.

The reef area has a moderate current running north-south direction. However the bay area has no or very mild current, making it very suitable for beginner's courses.
Reef fish such as butterflyfish, angelfish, wrasse and parrotfish are common. Triggerfish are also spotted regularly and divers may get to see trumpet fish swimming by the sides of large groupers. Boxer shrimp and dancing shrimp can be found inside crevices or even inside pore coral.
On the reef slopes, yellow snapper and yellow goat fish can sometimes be seen swimming in big schools, forming a pretty yellow line on the reef when they pass. Basslets are also a common sighting especially at Staghorn reef. Take a closer look at any feather stars you pass, and you might slao see ornate ghost pipefish hiding among the fronds.
The sandy bottoms are also teeming with life. Spotted stingrays and flounders can bee seen camoflaged by burrowing in the sand, also look out for the garden eels poping out of the sand for an appearance.
